Toni Edwards, Veterinary Assistant

Toni EdwardsToni Edwards is a Veterinary Assistant who has been with Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital since February of 2004.

"I like working at this veterinary hospital because it is a small practice that is very friendly and the clients are wonderful, caring pet owners," she says.

At home, Toni has a toy poodle named Haley and a wolf mix named Bones. Her interests include baking and cooking, fishing, Nascar races, attending her kids' sporting events, and spending time with her family.

Norma Rogers, Veterinary Technician

Norma RogersVeterinary Technician Norma Rogers says that our clients and their pets are very special and that she enjoys the many bonds she has been able to form over her many years at our animal hospital. She joined the Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital team in December of 1995, but began her career in animal care in 1986. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mt. Olive College and an Associate's degree in Animal Science from Central Carolina Community College.

At home, Norma has a quarter horse named Harley, a rabbit named Snow and four cats named Phill, Casey, Wrangler, and Tater. She enjoys water sports, boating, horseback riding, scrapbooking and jewelry making.

Jessica M. Self, Groomer

Jessica SelfGroomer Jessica M. Self says that she brings a love of grooming as well as a bubbling sense of humor to her work each day. She has been with Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital since August of 2009 and working in the pet care field since 2000. She has been a certified pet groomer since 2004.

Her pets include a yellow Lab mix named Spike and a tricolored tabby cat named Tom. Jessica's interests include taking care of her two young kids, fishing, camping, bike riding and music.

Sarah Wolfe, Receptionist/Assistant

Sarah WolfeReceptionist Sarah Wolfe joined Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital in June of 2013 and brings her gift for organization and time management.

She especially enjoys all of the cute pets that come into the hospital along with its friendly, calm environment; she appreciates the ease of connecting and forming new friendships here.

She has one cat of her own—a domestic short hair named Esme who is just a year old. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, baking, texting, swimming, and tanning.

Terri Wolfe, Office Manager

Terri WolfeOffice Manager Terri Wolfe has been with Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital since August of 2011, but began working in the companion animal field in 2001.

She brings a wealth of experience and a sense of humor to her work, and says, "I really like the down-to-earth, positive atmosphere here."

Terri's interests include cooking, baking, reading and gardening.

Jennifer Bowers, Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Manager

Jennifer BowersJennifer Bowers joined Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital in May 2016. She has worked in the animal care field for over 3 years. As the hospital’s kennel manager and as one of our veterinary assistants, Jennifer is responsible for assisting doctors, taking care of hospitalized and boarding pets, providing discharge instruction after surgeries and procedures, calling for updates, maintaining inventory and managing the kennel. An enthusiastic team player, her favorite part of the job is educating our clients on how to care for their pets.

At home, Jennifer has a 5-year-old Husky/Lab mix named Flash and a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix named Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, motorcycle riding and kayaking.

Sarah Grantham, Kennel Assistant

Sarah GranthamSarah Grantham joined the kennel team at Goldsboro Veterinary Hospital in August 2016. As a kennel assistant, she is responsible for feeding our boarding guests, letting them out, assisting with day care and the daily care of the kennel facility. Sarah is compassionate and dedicated, and her favorite part of the job is getting to play with dogs.

“I enjoy the clients and the compassionate atmosphere at this clinic,” Sarah says. “This clinic provides a strong client care relationship.”

At home, Sarah has a beagle mix named Sadie, a Shih-poo named Chewy and a cat named Ozzy. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, going to the beach and bringing her dogs to the dog park.
